Transsexualism has always been a part of the human condition. It exists in various forms, from feminine, but socially sex-conforming presentations to full transition, which we call, on this site ‘completion’.
Transsexualism is not the only provocation for males to desire to appear to be female or to behave in a feminine manner (more or less well) but it is the form that most people recognise.
Homosexual Transsexualism or HSTS.
To be transsexual, an individual must have certain qualities, although these may be more or less obvious in the individual. However, all transsexuals are homosexual with regard to birth sex. As a result they are often known as ‘Homosexual Transsexuals’ or HSTS. This is a rule. If a person is not completely homosexual, which we will describe, then that person is not transsexual.
This is sometimes misunderstood because amongst males there is another important numerically, provocation for transition, which is called Autogynephilia or AGP for short. These individuals are never primarily homosexual and instead have a paraphilia which causes them to become aroused by the thought or image of themselves as women. (Blanchard.)
In the West, Autogynephilic males appear more common, but in other areas, homosexual transsexualism is more evident. This does not mean that the Autogynephilic type does not exist in these areas, as some have suggested, but they appear rather differently to the norm in the West. Sexual Inversion
Homosexual transsexualism, which is often called ‘Complete Sexual Inversion’ for reasons we’ll explore, is completely innate. It is not an acquired orientation but a congenital one. Childhood environment, therefore, which is often blamed for cases of homosexuality and the related phenomena, is simply not part of the equation.
Boys, Girls and Sexual Inversion
Sexual Inversion and this Homosexual Transsexualism may manifest in both males and females. However, much more is known about the male form than the female.
